Are you with Vodafone and were you impacted when the mast went out of service for 2 weeks? If so you can and should claim a refund/credit for the lack of service.
The mobile cell ID 5998, which is on the TV mast, was down from the 23rd June to the 6th July and Vodafone did not fix the fault during this period, despite complaints and reports.
If you phone or contact Vodafone via online chat and explain that you spend most of the day in Caerwys and therefore had no service most of the time you can get a refund for the 14 day outage.
Not only will you benefit financially but you will also send the message that allowing a mast to be faulty for 2 weeks is not acceptable in Caerwys.
